Fairly clean place with very friendly staff members and garden views. The service in the property was exceptional. High speed Internet access provided in the hotel.

I stayed at the a Cosmopolitan Resort Hotel in Muğla Marmaris, i loved it! I felt very welcomed by the staff and workers at the hotel. I met a new friend out there, named Ahmet❤️ Thanks to him he made my stay there 100times better! He helped us with everything and looked after us at all times! We loved the hotel facilities, especially the nice large pool and the up-the-cocktail-bar drinks in the all-inclusive package. The cleanliness was also notable, with the breakfast options being good too. Additionally, there were plenty of restaurants a few steps away, and the hotel provided easy transportation to the seafront, even if it's slightly away from the town centre.

The location of the hotel was perfect, close to the beach and local amenities. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. The hotel had a great pool and sun deck area with plenty of loungers available. The room was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed.

The Wi-Fi was slow and unreliable at times. The breakfast selection could have been better with more variety.

The hotel's decoration was simply exquisite. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was amazed by the contemporary elegance and attention to detail. The general areas, such as the dining area overlooking the picturesque garden, were beautifully decorated and provided a serene atmosphere. The hotel's accessibility for senior people was also commendable, with private balconies in the rooms and easy navigation throughout the premises. It truly made my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is more assistance from the children working there. While they were friendly, I would have appreciated some extra help or attention specifically catered towards senior guests.

The hotel is located near Marmaris centre, with easy access to the seafront and plenty of restaurants. the rooms are cleaned daily with fresh towels and the housekeeping staff are friendly. the entertainment team works hard and involves everyone.

Some facilities in the hotel, such as the pool area and playground, are poorly maintained and can be dangerous.

The hotel was conveniently located close to a variety of shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. the Christmas dinner and party was well-organized and enjoyable, with a good selection of food and drinks.

The hotel rooms were a bit dated and could use some updating to improve comfort. the daily housekeeping was not as thorough as we would have liked, with some areas not being dusted or cleaned regularly.
